Evaluation deadlines are very important to allow students to receive their official feedback, and to allow the course to proceed smoothly up to student graduation.
Delaying your submission of the MedSIS student evaluation, beyond a week after the Selective's end, greatly diminishes its value, and can put the student's graduation in jeopardy.
Please help us by following these deadlines within your Selective:
For everyone:
Start of Selective: Determine if YOU are the one who will fill in the MedSIS form. If you are not, or are unsure, CONTACT US right away to sort things out. The number one reason for delays is having the wrong person designated within MedSIS.
Mid-Way through Selective: You should receive an email from MedSIS about a midway evaluation. This will serve as confirmation that you are now correctly listed as the supervisor. Contact us right away if you do not receive this.
Deadline to complete MedSIS forms for all Blocks:
Block A Jan 19 : Last day of Selective. Give your student their official final feedback and evaluation. Submit the form on MedSIS immediately.
Block B March 2: Last day of Selective. Give your student their official final feedback and evaluation. Submit the form on MedSIS immediately.
Block C March 16:Last day of Selective. Give your student their official final feedback and evaluation. Submit the form on MedSIS immediately.
Block D March 30: Last day of Selective. Give your student their official final feedback and evaluation. Submit the form on MedSIS immediately.
Block E April 13 :Last day of Selective. Give your student their official final feedback and evaluation. Submit the form on MedSIS immediately.
Final date to complete all assessments in MedSIS
April 30: MedSIS evaluation is now officially overdue. We will be contacting you frequently to complete it.
